This website is run by Shree Vinayak Enterprises, trading as Shree Vinayak Construction, registered at 10/40, Opposite Water Tank, Near Nakhrali Dhandhi, Rau - Pithampur Road, Indore 453331, Madhya Pradesh. We are the data fiduciary for the information described on this page, which means we decide why it is collected and what happens to it.

For anything about your personal data, contact our Privacy Team at privacy@shreevinayakconstruction.com. That address is for access, correction, withdrawal of consent and deletion requests. For anything about a building project, use the normal contact details.

We collect nothing until you send the enquiry form. There is no account, no login, and no tracking of you around the web.

The form asks for:

• Your name — so we know who to ask for.
• Your phone number — how we reply. Most enquiries are easier settled in one call than ten emails.
• Your email — optional, for sending written estimates.
• The site location — the area your plot or building is in, so we know whether we cover it.
• The kind of work and your message — what you want built.

We do not ask for, and do not record, your location as a visitor. We considered it and decided against it: it tells us where your phone was, not where your plot is, and the second is the only one that matters to a builder.

To answer your enquiry: understand what you want built, discuss the scope, and send you a proposal or an estimate. That is the whole purpose.

Marketing is separate and optional. The form has an unticked box asking whether we may contact you about offers and updates. It is not required, and leaving it unticked changes nothing about the estimate you receive. If you tick it, we may occasionally contact you about relevant work. We do not send bulk mail and we do not call repeatedly. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the form below, and we will still answer any open enquiry.

Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the Asia-Pacific region, and copied into a Google Sheet that our office reads day to day. Both are access controlled. The copy in the Sheet exists so the office can work without a database tool, not so the data travels further.

The website itself runs on Cloudflare. As with any website, their systems handle the connection between your browser and ours.

Enquiries are kept for 48 months from the day they arrive, then deleted automatically by a scheduled job. Building work runs to long timescales and people often come back years later about the same property, which is why the period is measured in years rather than months.

Occasionally something has to be kept longer, where the law requires or allows it — a contract dispute, or a tax or statutory record. Where that applies we record the reason against that specific enquiry, and only that enquiry is held back. Everything else still goes on schedule.

Records of data-protection requests themselves are kept as an audit trail. Deleting the record of a deletion would defeat the point of having one.

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry details with other builders, suppliers, lead brokers or advertisers.

The only third parties involved are the services that run the site: Cloudflare, which hosts it and stores the database, and Google, whose Apps Script writes the copy into our office Sheet. Neither uses your enquiry for their own purposes.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. We see totals, not people, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of what we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• delete your data
• withdraw consent you gave for marketing contact
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to act for yourself
• complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are unhappy with how we handled it

Use the form below, or email privacy@shreevinayakconstruction.com. Both reach the same place.

We will check it is really you first. Anyone can type someone else's phone number into a form, so we confirm identity before changing or deleting anything. Expect a call or an email. Nothing is deleted automatically on the strength of a form submission alone.

You can withdraw marketing consent whenever you like, and it takes effect from the moment we action it. It does not undo contact that already happened while the consent was in place, and it does not stop us answering an enquiry you have open with us, because answering it is the reason you wrote to us in the first place.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: one form below, or one email. We will not ask you to justify it or put you through a retention script.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data or your request, tell our Privacy Team at privacy@shreevinayakconstruction.com first. We aim to respond within 30 days. If something will take longer we will say so and tell you why, rather than let it go quiet.

If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. You do not need our permission and you do not need to come to us first, though it is usually quicker if you do.

This site is aimed at people commissioning building work, not at children. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us an enquiry, tell us and we will delete it.

If what we do with your data changes, this page changes with it. It describes how the site actually works today rather than every possibility, which means it has to be kept accurate rather than kept vague.
